INGREDIENTS
1 can 28 oz Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
1 can 10 oz original ROTEL tomatoes with green chiles
1/4 large White onion roughly chopped
1 /4 Large red onions roughly chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro roughly chopped
1/2 tsp Fresh garlic chopped
1/2 tsp salt
½ tsp Sugar
juice of 1 lime
For mild salsa add 1 Jalapeno pepperÂ
For Spicy chopped 1 habanero to your mix
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, and lime juice in the food processor or blender and process until very finely chopped. Add some additional liquid from the tomatoes if needed.



Add the tomatoes and ROTEL to the mixture and pulse about 5 times or until the salsa reaches your desired consistency.
Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to merge. Enjoy!
