IL Toscano is an upscale New York restaurant in Douglaston, New York. The Lobster Il Toscano is a dish they are very well known for. Two 1 lb. lobsters are cracked in the shell and sautéed in extra virgin olive oil with garlic, lemon, and white wine. This is a dish I always order when I dine at IL Toscano.
