Better than Taco Bell Nacho

Prepare to drool over the same familiar flavor combo you used with this nacho recipe.

Crispy tortilla chips topped with beef, olives, fresh tomatoes, and onions, melted cheese, and sour cream.

The perfect comfort food.

This restaurant-style nacho recipe is quick and easy and is perfect for whipping up a large batch to share at your next get-together.

Ingredients Needed

Ground Beef – Use lean ground beef for best results. Also substitute ground turkey if desired.

Tortilla Chips: Use regular, not thin, and crispy chips. They will break and won’t hold up to the toppings! But if you have time to make it fresh, try this recipe.

Taco Seasoning – Feel free to use a package from the store but I prefer making my own

Toppings – Rotel and sliced green onions, Sour cream, and black Olive, jalapeno peppers.

Cheese- Mexican four cheese blend and cheddar cheese; shredded cheese melted on the chips.

How to Make Nachos Supreme

First: Combine ground beef, scallion, taco seasoning, and water in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until beef no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.

Second: Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 400F.

Add your beef, diced tomatoes, green chilies, black olives, jalapeno peppers, and green onions to the nachos. Spread your shredded cheese over the chips and place in the oven.

Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Third: Remove from the oven, and add your wet ingredients, salsa, and sour green

The Full recipe will be on the recipe card below!

What toppings do you put on nachos supreme?

The combination of toppings in this supreme nacho recipe gives you the ultimate Taco Bell experience in your kitchen.

But if you’re looking for some other toppings options, try some of these:

Cotija cheese

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Pinto Beans

Chopped Steak

Shredded Chicken

Crumbled Tofu (for my vegan friends!)

Plain Greek Yogurt
