Ingredients




1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped


fresh thyme three sprigs


One teaspoon onion powder


Two teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning


One teaspoon Garlic Powder


1 stick Garlic Butter


1/2 tablespoon Szechuan Chili


1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil Lemon Flavored


2, 2-pound. Dungeness crabs, cooked, cleaned, and cracked


Two lemons, quartered



Instructions


Melt one stick of butter with 1/2 cup of olive oil in a pot. Add your old bay, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, Szechuan Chili, and lemon


Place the crab pieces in a shallow baking pan, and pour marinade over the crabs.


Preheat oven to 400°. Roast crabs, uncovered, until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon quarters (squeeze some lemon over the crab, sprinkle parsley over the crab.
